Role Overview

We are hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee guard deployment at client sites, ensure duty schedules and post orders are followed, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents. This role is ideal for experienced security personnel, including retired armed forces or police personnel, ready to take on team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, roster, and inspect on-duty and off-duty security guards at assigned sites
Conduct site inspections and spot checks to ensure post orders and client protocols are followed
Act as first responder and escalation point for incidents, alarms, and emergencies
Review guard reporting logs and submit shift and incident reports to management
Coach and mentor guards on discipline, client rapport, and emergency procedures
Liaise directly with client site managers to maintain long-term service relationships

Requirements

3+ years of security experience, with prior armed forces, police, or supervisory background preferred
Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable
Comfortable with rotating shifts and multi-site travel
Working knowledge of guard reporting, first aid, and basic surveillance equipment
Willingness to complete HISS's vetting, screening, and supervisory training
