About Hindustan Investigation Security Service (HISS)

Established in 1992, HISS is an independent security organization operating across North India and the National Capital Region, with the capability to deploy manpower nationwide. Role Overview

We are looking for alert, disciplined, and trustworthy Security Guards to protect the people, property, and assets of our corporate, industrial, retail, and residential clients. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in the armed forces, police, or prior security experience.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control access at entry/exit points of the assigned site
Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to detect and deter threats
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, including basic first aid
Maintain accurate guard reporting and incident logs
Operate basic surveillance and access-control equipment (CCTV, biometric devices) where assigned
Maintain a professional rapport with clients, staff, and visitors

Requirements

Prior experience in security, armed forces, or police service preferred (ex-servicemen encouraged to apply)
Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights
Basic literacy for reading instructions and maintaining logs
Willingness to complete HISS's vetting, screening, and training process
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
